Can I cancel a booking?

Each arena sets its own cancellation policy — most allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session. After the arena’s window the booking is non-refundable. Manage bookings in Profile → Game & Match History.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay via Montonio. Rallio never stores your card details.

How do I find a game to join?

Open the Games tab, filter by city, date, and skill level. Tap "Notify me" to be alerted when a spot opens, or request to join directly.

Can I list my arena or become a coach on Rallio?

Arena managers can request access to the Arena Manager Portal. Coaches apply through the trainer portal — reach out via the Contact page.

Creating a Match

Open Matches in the sidebar
Click the Matches item in the left navigation.

Click "Create a match"
Button is in the top-right of the Matches page.

Choose Open or Private
Open matches are visible to everyone; Private matches are invite-only.

Set date, time and duration
Pick from available court slots — Rallio shows real-time availability.

Set skill level range
This filters which players see and can join your match.

Set open spots
How many more players you need — not the total headcount.

Add an optional note
Shown to anyone viewing the match — e.g. "bring extra balls" or "beginners welcome".

Click Create — your match is live
It appears in the Games list and your Match History.

Scroll to their availability calendar
Available slots are shown in green. Tap any slot to select it.

Choose a court
Some coaches have a preferred venue; others let you pick.

Tap "Book session" and complete payment
Payment is held until the coach confirms.

Requested

You've submitted the booking. The coach hasn't confirmed yet.

Confirmed

Coach accepted. Your slot is reserved and shown in their calendar.

Paid

Payment processed. Session is locked in — you're all set.

How Rankings Work

Rallio uses a padel-specific ELO system with two independent tracks — Arena (club-verified results) and Community (player-organised matches). Your letter level (D → A) is set automatically from whichever track is higher after every game.

Game Types

Rallio supports three game formats. Each has its own page with live games, a full format explainer, and registration.

Ladder / Skirmish

Fixed-partner doubles. Submit the result and ELO adjusts automatically — best for tracking your competitive rating.

Americano

Rotating-partner tournament. Each player accumulates individual points every round regardless of partner.

Mexicano

Like Americano but partners are paired by score after round one — the game stays tight and competitive all the way through.

Profile → Notifications

Court Alert and Auto-book are available on the Courts page. Court Alert pings you the moment the slot opens; Auto-book secures it for you automatically if your payment method is on file.
